Having achieved a FdSc in Complementary Healthcare my training enables me to practice many aspects of holistic health and wellbeing. My skills vary from massage to cupping, facials to aromatherapy in addition to other treatments listed here.

My joy in life is soothing the body through my craft and encompassing the ways in which each part of our body is interwoven. How we care for ourselves will result in how the body cares for us in return.

I am based in Hellingly, East Sussex, practicing in my recently renovated home studio.
